    The staff was quick to respond and fill my needs.

    I reserved a room with an ocean view but was initially assigned to the first floor, certainly disappointing. Despite being moved to the second floor, I still couldn't see the ocean. Some of the amenities that were promised, like the mini bar, were absent, leaving me quite frustrated, especially given the high cost of the stay.
